It has been quite a while since I've updated the site. Sorry. But here are some more interesting pictures, including a few of Ed Spreen's restored Mini.
We found this in our collection. It is the cover of the May 1967 SCCA Sports Car but was also used as an event poster which could be ordered from the SCCA. It was done by Dick Corson.
Healey VS Morgan at the 1965 SCCA American Road Race of Champions. The Midwest Division #1 car is following the Pacific Northwest's number 2 EP car through the tight section in the infield. Note how the Morgan's rear end is trying to come out on the driver. There was a bit of a hump right about here, as well as a bit of off camber going in this direction. There were numerous spins in this turn because of this.
Sports Car Club of America Trans Am race at War Bonnet Raceway near Tulsa, Oklahoma, in early 1968 we believe. Track was still primative after being open two years. Note pits. Also note fuel rigs. We think that is Mark Donohue coming out of the pits. Back "behind" the banner was a hairpin turn with a pretty good elevation change. Pictures in the last couple of galleries show a better view of the turn during some regional events.
