Tim Webb and his very fast, very clean Mini. His wife and two pretty daughters joined him very late Saturday afternoon. One of the daughters played a soccer game and scored three goals. Mrs. Webb suggested Tim go ahead and borrow a head so he could race Sunday, otherwise Tim was ready to pack it up.

David Patton from Edmond, just north of Oklahoma City, with his Mini, the "older" sibling to the Wolds' extremely fast #88 in the background.

Kansas City Minis: Top is James Allen's car and bottom is H. H. "Mike" Jone's car. James has a really neat way of attaching his outside rear view mirror but it would only work on a car with no side windows I believe. I had a quite long, enjoyable discussion with James about his car and racing.

Two Casualties of the weekend: included Randy McConnell's car (top) and Chris Casey's car on bottom. Red car lost a rod which can be seen sitting on the rag on the right side of the hood ledge. I never did run across anyone at that garage. Note the reverse stripe treatment on McConnell's car.
Casey's car, which looks blue or black in the picture but is actually Jaguar BRG, lost compression in a couple of cylinders and so he decided to park it and enjoy the weekend of racing. Casey operates Casey's Restoration & Motor Sport a few minutes out of Little Rock in Roland. You can email him or call him at (501) 330-1215.
I believe there was one other casualty which had a major engine problem early Saturday but I might be mistaken.
